Ohh Ms Frizzle (Magic School Bus reference) Yes she's kind of a hot mess but it's a good mess. She's really intelligent and will answer any question you ask her - even if it's an "idk, let's find out together". She's sweet and very personable.

Comment:

Professor Miele is very passionate about what she does. She loves earth and really opens your eyes to many environmental issues that you probably never cared about. She is very knowledgeable of what she teaches and is of great help to you. She might be a little boring at times. Not so many assignments to worry about, but do expect group projects.

I had professor Miele for both CBSE3207 and GSCI3050 in the same semester! She is a bit scattered, but absolutely knows her stuff! She is a wonderful resource for those who are willing to try and put in the effort. Both the reequired texts were authored by her as well. She is not a stickler for time constraints, so do your work!

You learn A LOT about teaching science in the early years. She gives helpful constructive criticism. A lot of short assignments. Easy Final. She's tough to get in touch with, but she's so sweet! She generates effective class discussion and is a great motivator. Take her!

she doesnt explain well. She gives you lesson plans units presentation and probably a test. its a mess is like you are the teacher. Is like an online class computer because you have to use a computer all the time. DONT TAKE HER IF YOU CAN, IF YOU DO YOU WILL WORK DOUBLE AND AT RISK TO LOWER YOUR GPA.

Knowledgeable professor and helpful. Will stay after class to answer individual questions. The directions for assignments are a bit vague so make sure that you clarify with her all the expectations for the class. Good motivator.

She is a hot mess she has so much going on, very unclear about expectations and assignments you are basically on your own. Keep track of your own stuff because she will forget or get mixed up. She's really helpful when she can be reached. She's really nice as well but you won't learn a thing in her class. Also has field trips that are pointless.
