He is nice but he constantly goes off topic and barley goes over any material in class so its up to you to teach yourself the material which for most can be challenging. So if you are expecting him to guide you through all the chapters do no take him. If you did very well in Spanish 111 you will probably pass his class

I took this professor in my first semester. HORRIBLE! He constantly goes off topic and gets mad at you for getting a question wrong. He teaches material expecting you to already know it. Im sitting in his class right now (3rd sm) because I chose him again by accident. Its the first day but Im going to try to swap out. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF.

He's a very kind old man yes he can get a little frustrated, only when people dont do the simplest thing asked of them. He will always allow you to get a better grade if you dont like what you got. He can be little disorganized but its not that bad out of all the other 112 profs he the nicest and the easiest since his review is similar to the test.

I got an A in his class, so don't think that's why I'm rating him badly - he's just an awful teacher. He's temperamental, goes back on what he says (said he'd drop our lowest test grade for the semester then claimed he never said that..), and the classroom environment is awful. He got into a fight with a student in class. I'm just glad I'm done....

he dosnt follow his own syllabus,or go by the order of the textbook,you never really know whats going on and he dosnt explain things very well. he also goes off topic and spends alot of time tlking about his personnal life. expects us to learn majority of things on our own. dont listen to ppl saying hes good you will regret him in italian 2.

WHAT IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT??? this prof is awesomeeee and very easygoing which is very important for a beginner learner. just when he speaks it kinda sounds like he's mumbling, which is hard to deal w in a foreign language class, but hes very genuine& great teacher. TAKE HIM!HES FAIR AND EASY IN GRADING,studs were mad he not going to teach 112!

He's not a very good professor. He gets annoyed if you answer a question wrong. He's not clear with anything he says and has a short temper. Not a good professor at all..I would not recommend him. Find someone who IS actually organized with their lessons. He can't teach.

He does not grasp the whole concept of education! He is disorganized and some times seems confused. His explanations are not commendable at all and he doesn't entertain questions during lectures. He doesn't have faith in his students aswell and does not acknowledge and encourage hardworking students.

He could be a bit confusing at times, however he is very helpful if you request help. He calls on you regardless of if you raise your hand or not so be prepared for that if you are going to take his class. He has a nice personality and has a nice sense of humor.
