You MUST read and be able to regurgitate petty leadership details. The text is Exploring Leadership and that book will be your lifeline. Find a way to actively read instead of passively. Don't wait on her assignments either; to get a good grade you need a lengthy document to turn in. Really just ACTUALLY do the work when you should.

Would give reading quizzes once a week that were very ambiguous and nearly impossible to get a 100% on. On top of that, assigned online essays and activities and even a group project. Too much work and too hard for an intro course! Also, lectures had nothing to do with the reading.

Okay, so GKIN100 sucks because the tests are retarted. BUT Kathy doesn't make the tests, she's just the only one who makes sense when teaching you about it! She's fun and she really takes the time to get to know you. She seems to really care about her students and their grades. If you have to take this, get her.

This class is incredibly boring when the student teachers are talking. It makes me feel like poking my eyes out or something, just so that I can get away from the class. Ms. Sarver is a nice and interesting lecturer and does care about student input. Tests are not incredibly easy, though.
