This teacher was very unclear when it came to helping,ex.: she said that it would be a smart idea if i came into the lab and so i did but when i got their she started helping me for a few they she got too frustrated and just went back into her office. Her lectures are long and pointless because 90% of the stuff comes from the book.DONT TAKE THIS!!!

To be honest I dislike her greatly. Her lectures are very scatterd and shes is not very knowledgeable in her field at all. Provides little to no help often just telling you to look in the book etc. I caught her talking $H!% on me while talking to the lab aide when we cam in on a friday for extrahelp. VERY un professional. My expectations fall short

Good person. Not a great teacher. She goes all over the place in her lectures, and she never covered some parts of the proper format for writing source codes, so I kept losing homework points and I had no idea why. Had an A the entire semester until tbe end of the semester. Sucks. Not the fairest grader either. Take someone else. Please.

If you think she is tough, try taking a CS class at UCI. Like someone said, she's a bit of a scatterbrain, but she's not that bad. Since the class was only 6 weeks long, the material went by real fast. So stay attentive, ask questions, and work on assignments early. Both her assignments and final are reasonable and can be done if you stay on track.

The work in the beginning is easy, but as the weeks go by it starts to get harder. Even if you do pay attention, it is kind of hard to understand her. Homework is fairly easy, but you sometimes have to stay afterwards to use the CS program. Study hard for her midterms and final because it is hard.

I loved Chamberlain's class. She was fun and always bubbly. The work is very clear and the assignments are pretty easy.

If you're a CS major, I'd recommend P. Watkins over Chamberlain. Watkins actually knows what she's talking about and it will make 1B and 1C much easier. Chamberlain's class was easy but if it were my first time learning to program, it would be very confusing. She doesn't know what she's doing.

She can be confusing and doesn't seem to have it together. However, if your into computers you'll do well. And even if your not, if you pay attention and study you'll get a good grade. But if computers aren't your thing I recomend not taking it.

Of all the professors I've taken so far, she is by far the most confused. She is very unorganized with the way she approaches her class. She is a great person and a funny lady, but she confuses the hell out of you when she teaches. Try and find someone else unless you are familiar with Computers.

Personally I feel the teacher is sort of a scatter brain. She seemed un-prepared to teach the class. She rights notes down and erases them before you can copy them down, then she's onto the next thing. I love computers, you cant rush teaching it though!
