Every class is a lecture, 1/2 the time he uses a powerpoint. Discussion depends on if the others in your class are willing to engage too. Only time I would use the book was the night before an exam I would read the 3-4 chp on the exam, he uses the exact questions at the end of the chapters as exam questions. Extremely easy online homework quizzes.

Awsome guy. Has a really hot son that goes to UB, very willing to help and is very approachable. Teaches off powerpoint and always adds humor. Great choice for a hard class.

Everything is taught off of power point yet I think he does a pretty good job at clarifying things. I found his class enjoyable to go to because he's down to earth, adds humor, and has a favorable grading system.

If you can learn from powerpoint, take this course. Every lesson is taught using powerpoint. He goes through things very fast, does not stop to clarify, only answers questions if you ask them. Homeworks very easy

If you're taking Anatomy for an area studies, DON'T! It ruined my chances at deans list. He's a pleasant guy, and if you're good at science you do fine, but I couldn't follow at all and felt this class demanded a ton.

Professor Gannon is a nice guy however his class is extremely hard to understand. He speaks VERY fast and doesn't really explain things to the extent that we need. Says phenonmenon about EVERYTHING!
