I took Psych 001 with Dr. Fettgather which was an asynchronous class. I enjoyed the course a ton actually. I found his lesson content super interesting to read. You have 3 or 4 exams throughout the semester. Just make sure to read the lesson content and textbook. Responds to emails quickly and just a nice guy.

Must be on time for class as he takes roll immediately. Lectures are engaging and filled with interesting anecdotes. He tells you exactly what will be on the test a few days before--just study what he says and you will get an A (mult choice). Need the book as some material will be on it that he doesn't lecture about (but he'll tell you this).

Comment:

Very nice prof! Gives you a few one page papers, but they are fun and easy. Lectures can be boring, but they are very interesting too. Book doesn't help as much as his lectures do. If you need help, ask him!! There's one project due at the end of the semester (it's easy) and he gives you an extra credit assignment where you watch a movie.

This class was interesting. No homework. Very few class assignments, so if you miss class, there are no make-ups. Textbook might help. I passed without one and just used the notes he posted online. One book report due at the end of the semester.

I took PSYCH12 as an evening class but I never once found myself feeling bored or tired. Dr. Bob made the material even more interesting by adding in plenty of stories and personal experiences. He's into open discussions so the class was always lively and exciting. I learned a lot. Fairly easy class. Definitely recommend. And yes, he does curse.

The best Psychology teacher! He is an extraordinary, funny, and passionate about psychology/life! I enjoyed his stories about his personal experiance related to the class topic. Very little home work but take notes; his tests are based on his lectures. He has his own practice thats why there was a line to talk to him after class.He is so funny&fun.

This was my Favorite class by far! He is an AMAYZING person and very passionate about his teaching and class subjects! He is a realistic person and treats you like an adult. Love his stories about his sons and past experiance that all relate to the class topic. He really likes to include everyone in class disscusions. I HIGHLY RECOMEND him!

This class changed my life, literally. He is an amazing person and although his lectures on the stories that he tells, he always backs it up with in-class material. It may be hard to follow but if you put some time in, it's not that hard. He gives a lot of opportunities to boost your grade up.

Fair professor, makes you earn your grade, with that said this is the most interesting class I've ever taken. After this class I have learned so much about myself and others around me. Dr Fettgather is very easy to talk to and very understanding. Goes above and beyond to help students out. Very entertaining class, I never watched the clock.

The class was pretty interesting, but only for those who read the textbook and are interested in Human Develpoment. The lectures really had nothing to do with the material, the majority of the time. They often were highly unorganized and difficult to follow. Easy class if you follow the study guide.

He's a great person, but it's a self study class (sucked for me). I just didn't learn anyting from him. He expects you to read the chapters before class, but fails to go over the material. I learned more about his life and his work during lectures. In-class time was 3 hours wasted. Yes, he curses, but not a big deal.

He's hilarious, but doesn't know how to teach. He enjoys talking about his family which is cool, but so irrelevant to the text book topics. His notes look like they're 100 years old. If you are a self-study student than he is great for you, but if you are like most students I advise you not to take him. Professor Comier is an excellent instructor.

He is an aamazing teacher. He gives real-life examples, and while he does curse, he always gets his point across. And he doesn't expect you to agree with everything he says, he actually likes when people object with him. He also shares his life experiences, like stories about his sons, and stuff like that, so he really knows what he's talking about

Wonderful Professor. Very passionate & motivating! The class is fairly easy. He does curse, but that's alright, we're adults we can handle it. He is entertaining. He teaches life lessons. You can either disagree or agree with him. His class has changed some of my perspectives in life and had made more opened to life & love.

He is very bad at teaching. He talks much and doesn't teach anything related o subject. He uses the "F" & "A H" words most of the time in the class. Does'nt use the text book. Doesn't follow the syllabus. I strongly recommend not to take his class unless you like hearning his bad words.

Dr. Bob is in the top 2 professors I have ever had! I would definitely tie him with only one other and I might even have liked him better....I can't decide! You can easily see his passion and love for the subject and he is an obviously intelligent human!

He's very nice and very helpful. Very understanding of his students' situations(life outside of school). Fair exams. Fun class discussion. He loves to talk about his kids for an example which is also helpful for the class to understand the topic. Very engaging. I recommend him for your psychology 012 class.
