Took as a flex online class. The material is straight forward, a lot of chapters for every 3 weeks. Teacher was very slow to respond and not helpful once reached.

This is a self guided course so it is difficult to gauge the professors lecture style when taking an online course. He is very responsive in communications but sometimes his responses are unclear. I would take this professor again because he is communicative, supportive, and understanding.

Professor Oetjen was very straightforward in what he needed us to accomplish. There are 19 units throughout the semester, with 4 tests and 4 homework games for each unit. You NEED the textbook - without it, I don't know how you can pass. It tells you all the answers to pretty much every assignment you will be doing.

This class if for sure the easiest online class I have ever taken!!! Assignments for multiple chapters are due at the end of each month or so, and the tests are barely worth anything towards your grade!! SUPER EASY

The class is really easy, you have assignments on Pearson that are extremely easy. They do take some time to do, however he gives several due dates throughout the semester so you have time, just do not wait until the last minute to do it. Really easy class.

Took this online and it was super easy. There are like 5 assignments per chapter but they're simple, you get 2 attempts on each assignment so theres no way you can't get a 10/10 on them. The tests are easy too, you get 90 minutes for 50 questions. You have over a month to complete 4-5 chapters. I highly recommend this as a restricted elective !!!

There are a lot of assignments but they don't take long to do. Super easy class! I'm usually not that great at science but I got an A. I highly recommend.

Dr.O made class interesting. He is a harsh grader but an A is easily doable with a little hard work. 3 case studies done in groups, 3 blogs, and 4 test.

He is very nice, and easy to talk to. He goes off topic often in class, tests can be wordy and a little confusing. However he does curve tests grades after going over them with the class. Assignments can be graded rough. Final grade is also curved.

Simply put-AN AMAZING INSTRUCTOR!! Yes, there is a lot of work, but that's what graduate courses are. However, he makes it interesting and fun and you learn a lot. Follow the syllabus, do you work on time and put effort into it and you will get an A. Would love to have him again for an instructor!

Great prof but a lot of work. You will have to create a blog about long term care, write annoying memos, and complete 5 quizzes and a final. The test questions are a little vague, and he isn't clear about the format of the memo. He is an average prof. I got an A but I worked for it.

Dr.O is extremely helpful and clear on his expectations. He is very organized throughout his course, which is a definite plus. I, particularly, enjoyed the blog writing. I have a new found interest in the healthcare of the elderly, now. I highly recommend Dr.O.

I learned so much in this class. Honestly, all you have to do is keep up with the deadlines and read before the assessments and you'll be fine. Take all the classes with him that you can :)

Dr. O is amazing. He has to be in order to make learning about long term health interesting. The classwork is Jr/Sr level, you write blogs, memos, and even have a debate at the end. oh and by the way I took this class all online.
