Creative writing class was exactly what it sounded like- a breeze. participate and you're set. textbook not necessary he just reads from it. quizzes are incredibly easy no need to study. very basic homework assignments.

The readings are short and as long as you do them you will get an A. There is a 2 question quiz at the start of every class and is super easy if you read. The essay quizzes are opinionated and open book. He is very knowledgable and funny. I took this class for INKN but ended up liking it so much I have him again next semester. Doesn't use canvas!!

Hefner is very funny and entertaining. Took him for Intro to Lit and is by far one of the easiest classes. You take a couple quizzes in class that are very easy and sometimes have one or two question quizzes on the readings. The readings are always very short and as long as you at least skim them you will pass them.

Very Easy Class, Just Read up a bit on each reading and the rest is a breeze, you don't need reading material, but should have it for exams. Exams are really easy to get a 100%!

This is hands down the best professor I've had here. He is extremely clear about all the assignments and always makes sure everyone understands what is expected of them. He is so helpful and will always try to help you fix your work and help you understand what you did wrong. I learned so much from him and I would definitely take him again.

TAKE HEFNER FOR COMP!!!! Best decision I ever made. There are readings and he gives you 2 question quizzes on them. A couple more quizzes are given but he goes over everything that will be on them. You also have to write 4(?) papers I believe a semester but he is a lenient grader.

This was my second time taking a class with Professor Hefner. He can be outspoken at times, but is funny and captivating. He grades on a pass/fail mentality, so as long as you follow the directions you'll get a mid-A. There are easy 2-question reading quizzes at the beginning of each class that are hard to get wrong. A pretty easy class.

Hefner is the MAN. He looks like and completely resembles Tommy Chong, its hilarious. He's hilarious as well and makes his class very fun and easy if you just keep on track. He's helpful and understanding as well and will always let you make up things you may miss. Took him for both comp classes and would take him again in a heartbeat if I could!

Best class I've ever taken. You learn so much as you imrpove your writing skills. Hef. is a great professor that is willing to help out to improve the quality of your work. Sure, this could be seen as a blow-off class, but I can assure you it'll be more rewarding to take it seriously. It's the only class I've genuinely enjoyed attending!
