Super easy going as a person and as a professor. Hw is light and a lot of times opinion based so not difficult to complete ( I've take multiple classes of his). Attendance isn't necessarily mandatory, but he only provides you with study guides, he also randomly gives in-class assignments or extra credit, so your grade is up to you.
