I was scared when I read about this teacher - but had no choice but to take her. I enjoyed her class and I learned alot. I think she is very smart and never had an attitude when I asked her a question - even stayed after a day to show me how to hook something up. You put effort into the class - she'll put effort into you.

This so-called professor teaches on one subject, gives out a study guide then tests on nothing on the study guide. Once again a Professor that does not teach Great if you know what you are doing and want to play oline games.

Shirley is a nice person but as far as teaching goes she doesn't have a clue. Everyone in the class was confused as to what we were learning. You need to read the book to get anything out of her class.

This lady sure sounds smart, and that's about it. I took her for 108 and one notable thing I remember is her referring to the Xeon processor as the Pentium 5. Take her if you want to learn nothing about the course.

The class was as easy as it gets as long as you have some prior knowledge of what your doing, but I honestly felt I could have learned more independently, as she was not of much help. She seemed not to understand much of what she was teaching us.

Unfortunately, I wish I would have taken a different instructor. She has some knowledge, but not good at teaching. It's not overly challenging to get a good grade, but you don't learn much and she is very rude if you try to ask questions. Avoid her classes!

Professor wasting her intelligence teaching this level class. A little dis-organized. Very understanding and helpful. More than fair on grading assignments. Follow directions, do the assignments (not hard), show interest in your work. As long as you do the work and what all is expected of you, you should have no problem getting an A.

bought a book, never used it. the class email had over 10 revisions to assignments. she also encouraged a nasty dialogue between a student and herself, which spilled over into mass emails through the entire class. out of the entire quarter she cancelled class once, and ducked out of class every chance she got.

this teacher just should not teach at all..... she does not give out bookwork, when she gives you a study guide for a test the topics she has on there are very broad, if you ask a question she looks at you like your stupid.... all in all worst teacher ive ever had

Vague and disrespectful! Everyone bombed the test so she regraded and marked answers right even if they were wrong and threw out several. She wants you to pass whether you know the material or not. Easy grade, but don't expect to learn!

she cannot teach ,dumb about the subject & no interest in class .The only thing she would do - show few slides from powerpointes & jump Chapters.The Class was a total waste & I absolutely learned nothing out of it.AVOID HER!!!

Prepare to teach yourself everything. She is the type of teacher that knows the material but can not convey to students. I am picking up nothing and am basically learning this stuff by trial by fire at work. Avoid her classes if possile.

She was not a teacher in this class. From the first day I walked in the door, she was acting like we all knew this stuff. She did give a study guide which was the only way to get through this class. If you had questions it was worthless to ask them because she treated you like crap. For an intro class she did not teach.
