She is very nice and helpful. She only has 2 exams, and she gives sample exam. The sample exam is sorta difficult, but once you complete it and understand them, you will do well on real exam.

She is a nice lady but if you are not familiar with accounting this can be a hard class. Her lectures do not help and she tends to go all over the place. It is hard to understand, but if you ask she can help you. The thing is how can you ask on everything because it isnt clear!

Kinda a good and kinda bad teacher, you learn as long as you read the book and compare to her slides and do a lot of reading. If not her lectures are not enough. Only two tests and if you do bad in one you are scrwd. Compared to others such as Carey, she is a queen of accounting, but that does not say much for her. Nice lady though!

Only has two test that make up your grade so if your a bad test taker than think again! I would have been better off teaching my self and taking the CLEP test. Said one think about what would be covered on the test and tested on something completely different. For three hours of hell at night get a different class!

Can't be beat! Prof. Rios assigned **NO GROUP PROJECTS** EXCELLENT!! Demonstrates problems and clearly communicates the most important points of each Chapter. Also notes where former students may have had trouble. Paces lecture-interacts w/students
