Comment:

The class is pretty easy. Not recommend if you actually want to learn the material. He likes to tell life stories and all test are open response. The questions could be answered if you just sit in his class. He repeats himself a lot.

READ, READ, READ. He is a smart person in law but lacks knowledge in business. He tends to forget what he lectures students on. He forgets that he gives exams and does not even read them he just looks at how much is written. On time most of the time. You have to read ahead cause the test cover more then the chapters you have read.

Classes are a complete waste of time. Tells life stories that have no connection to the subject matter (or anything really) and they never have a point. Everything he says is filled with rhetoric and little real substance. Forget trying to have a meaningful discussion. Avoid if you actually want to learn anything, business or otherwise.

Professor Grayer is very funny and likes to tell life stories to illustrate themes in the world of business. He has many years of teaching experience and believes knowledge is more important than grades. Be ready to read the newspaper daily and participate in class discussions about current events. Only gave 2 tests but were very long and inclusive

Terrible professor, gives you your final grade randomly without checking how you actually did in class. I got A's and B's in all the work did not miss class and ended up with a D in the class

Comment:

Very nice professor. Likes to talk a lot and is able to make students comfortable to express their own opinions in class. Class is easy if you attend and pay attention, tests are long but also easy if you study. He always gives a review before the test and specifically tells you what will be on it. Also, he does not get mad if you're late.

this is very educated professor who brings a different approach to law he instilled a passion for law within me, and I must say though art times he repeats what he said before but he gives a different perspective on law and how we approach it in daily life.

Business Law. Prof. Greyer is very nice, and the class is fairly easy if you attend class, take notes, and review what he emphasizes., and he grades fairly. However, this class is more of an Intro to Law than Business law, and he will spend a lot of time on basic law and tort and then try to cram contract law into the last few weeks.

Awful! That is all I can say. He is all over the place, telling the same histories every class... His tests are so hardy is just impossible to score. Don't expect to learn if you take this class, it is more of a self learning class. I had to withdraw the class, otherwise my grade would suck, and I am an A student. I DO NOT recommend it at all.

Great professor!! Smart guy perfect examples that make you understand the class better & very funny too but serious at the same time. I still go sometimes and listen to his lecture very informative. Very easy if you do the reading. I recommend.

Funny and intelligent. Teaching style is a bit unorthodox. His style is more story-telling and experience driven rather than from the book. Overall great for intro to business.
