A great professor, who genuinely cares about the careers of his students. His classes on the structure of the legal profession are incredibly interesting and should be at the core of legal education. He is tough on exams.

Fantastic -- very engaging lecturer, nice guy, friendly outside of class, really down to earth. Cares a lot about students and their lives and concerns. The first half of the class (rule-based) is much drier than the second. Really changed my outlook on my career. But be warned, my grade and my friends' were much lower than we expected.

Great class, great prof. Will teach you a lot about the realities and business of being a lawyer and law firms. He's an engaging teacher, very interested in students. I was shocked by my low grade, though. So be warned!

This guy thinks he's "all that and a bag of chips". He carries a lot of baggage and thinks that every student at HLS who crosses his path should be his bellhop. Can be friendly at times, but more often rude and condescending. Nothing illuminating in his teachings or his writings.
