I had Dr. Gross for Death, Dying and Bereavement this semester. She is so laid back, always shares very interesting information in class, and gives a very manageable workload. She cares about not stressing her students out and about who we are as people. I would recommend everyone taking her class. So worth it. It gave me a lot of new insights.

Comment:
Professor Gross started our first class with a song by Blue Oyster Cult. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a flair for the dramatic. Death, Dying, and Bereavement could have been terribly depressing, but Prof. Gross keeps things interesting and not soul-crushing.
