Very old professor. Do not take her. She Forgets what she says the week before. Looses students work, has no email so if u want to talk to her you must call her home phone.took a week to get back our final grades. Is very frustrating and confusing. I did not really learn from her sadly

Comment:

She is such a sweet lady but she is very boring. She reads from index cards and you take notes from her just talking. She partially deaf so talks low and she can't hear. Midterm is open book including textbook, no homework except 2 lesson plans, and the final is half take home half in class. It's not that bad, just pay attention!

Probably the most boring professor you will ever have. If you sit near the window, you might consider jumping out. She makes absolutely NO sense, EVER. Very unclear for what you should know for tests and assignments. Do yourself a favor and take someone else.

Shes sweet, but extremely boring. She keeps you the entire time and tells you the same things twenty hundred times. Shes a fair grader though and was very fair with the midterm/final. Wouldn't recommend her but she wasn't terrible.

This woman is so sweet and is always will to help!! She does not care about you calling at her home in fact she tells you to for anything! She does read her notes from an index card but i did not mind it! She really is excellent and knows how to help you study! She wants you to pass!!! Easy material and test!!!

She's such a sweet woman who honestly cares about each of her students and their well-being. She goes above and beyond most teachers. She even goes as far as taking her time to speak with you personally while at home. She took extra time with me and was very understanding. I really do recommend taking her class.

Prof Cheslak is such a nice, caring woman. As long as you pay attention in class and take good notes, you'll do well. She goes over tests the day before and gives you a run through of the test. She is always willing to help and provides her home phone # for assistance.

bring pillow for lectures. she reads her lectures off of index cards at speaking pace, so be prepared to right fast! tests are straight from the notes, but her class is ridiculously boring!

She is a very caring woman, and if you give her the time and attention, you can learn a lot from her experiences. She is soft spoken which many rude students take advantage of and have conversations while she is speaking. She knows her stuff!
