Needs to use Blackboard so syllabus and other information are more readily available. That would really help. I can't easily take notes and be engaged with lecture and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Dr. David is a decent teacher. The group project isn't extremely difficult if you work on it throughout the semester. His tests are tough due to the amount of material on them. Study hard and start early and you'll be fine. Not a difficult class if you stay on top of your work, plus you get a great reward for your hard work!

This is the Capstone course, I believe many made this course seem harder than it really was. A basic overview of the course: 2 exams (both over 6 chapters) and 1 group project. You must study diligently and know the information, you cannot just memorize it. I suggest you start early. And submit portions of your group project to him upon completion

This class is not easy, but Dr. David is very helpful. The two exams each cover 5 chapters and are about 12 questions each. They tend to cover the big things and lists like the 7 parts of a mission statement and diagrams. So, there are the things you should focus on in study. Also, don't procrastinate on the big project. You will regret it!

So much to say about this class. You have to take it, so good luck. Dr. David is very nice guy and professor. The work is hard. Start your cases early and take the first two tests...you can retake them if you do bad. The lectures are fast...you have to teach yourself alot. If you are a finance or accounting major you will do better than most. GL

He is a nice guy and has written a great book. I didn't sell back the book. But his lectures sucks. Sometimes he doesn't know what he is talking. Make sure you take the exams early, as you can skip the final test. Be prepared for the case study and work a lot on the financials in the case. That's where he focuses. After the case you are done.

All BUS majors have to take the class so be prepared. He did write the book and he moves fast, but all in all he is fair and very helpful. The case studies aren't that bad but be prepared to do some work.

bad book and knows it good luck in the group project you cna't pick it and making time for this is hard..people work and there is no time to work on in class..he doesn't care he says you can change the project around and then he takes points off for it!!

The class is about making good guesses in business for strategies. I think it shouldn't be a requirement, but it's helpful. David wrote the book. His class is fair, but you need to read his book and know it before the exams.

No way of getting out of this class. Make sure to read. good luck on the case his grading is not clear he says that it is but it isn't. the case states to put it in the order you want it but then he takes off for HE didn't like the order u do did it in.
