He's a great professor: gives great feedback but isn't too harsh. He encourages each student to explore and discover their own unique style of painting. I'm not too great of a painter myself, but I enjoy his class because it's a learning experience, it's pretty fun, and very relaxed compared to some of my other classes.

I think he's an idiot. I worked very hard, producing more work than anyone else and trying some innovative things, but he ignored that at grading time. When I asked him about it and presented a list of my achievements, he didn't have a clue.
