Comment:

What a great class, especially if you're more interested in "big ideas" and less in black letter law. This is as much or more a "law and democracy" class as a local gov law class. He is a little wishy-washy (doesn't give a "straight answer"), which frustrates some, but makes you think for yourself. Very inspiring.
