Be prepared to handle this class with no help from the professor. You will have to memorize hundreds of slides of information. I'm talking 50-80 slides per chapter, plus read the book in order to be able to take the tests. Don't expect responses to emails despite the fact that it's an online class & that's pretty much how you are supposed to comm.

This is my 2od week of class and I am so stressed out ready to kill myself. Our first exam was scheduled 3wks from the 1st day of class and includes 6 chapters with a total of over 500 power point slides. I feel like im trying to remember the entire book. When confronted I got I know this is a lot of material just take your time um WHAT TIME

She is an awesome teacher that will challenge anyone in her class. I had some difficult times but she does care about each of her students and I walked away from that class knowing the material and not just memorizing it to get a good grade. If you want to know the material, take her, if you want an easy A, don't. I will take her for A&P II.

Professor Kilbourne was definitely a hard teacher. However she was very helpful, and very willing to answer questions you may have had in regards to the work. I had her for A&P 1 and 2, and enjoyed both semesters.

She was worst teacher for my entire learning experience!!! She is not fair and very hard teacher.You are not allowed to ask her questions. She does not know about the Biology, also she is bad organized teacher. Her study guides does not reflect to exams. I worked really hard for this course; but she failed me for 7 points of 500 points.

The students who left all those remarks before me seem to be way off base. Dr. Kilbourne NEVER turned us away when we needed help. She offered Sunday night chat sessions before a test. She ALWAYS made it very clear to talk to her, ask questions, email her...whenever we needed help. YES, SHE IS HARD, but is Nursing going to be a piece of cake?

I had her class last year. She's extremly hard and many students drop her class at first couple weeks of the semester.She is unfair to students(if you are not in her favorites), also she is not helpfull.When you ask question, she will not be happy with that.Please and please stay away from her class.

Jen Kilbourne is a very tough professor. She knows her stuff and when you are done her class you will know your stuff. You NEED to work very hard for her! She is fair. In regards to the comment about Mrs. Kilbourne that if you have a question it will not be answered, that is incorrect. She will answer any question you have.

there is a word to describe Kilbourne starts with a "B".If you ask a question she either ignores you or makes you feel like an idiot and talks to everyone with a better than everyone attitude that makes you want to punch her in her mouth.FYI class started almost 50 people.u couldnt even find a seat.final exam had like 15 people and half were audits

All I can say about this class was it was so stressful that it stressed my remission of 4 years for lupus back in full swing. you can't ask questions, her study guides are useless study 500 things for 50 questions be real. and pop quizes felt like i was in grade school and i'm older than her.

Very nice and fair on grading. Whatever was in the lectures (and they were long) was on the tests, which was good. You just have to do a lot of studying. She put the grades up very fast and was all around a good teacher.

if you want to memorize your entire textbook cover to cover then you will enjoy this class.if u use her study guides u will go insane and the study guide never reflects her tests.she is ignorant, rude and doesnt care about her students at all. prides herself on being the hardest teacher ever and not on actually helping her students learn.

AP is a very hard class you have to put more time in studing AP then any class you will take.Jennifer was hard but fair she went off her powerpoint and if you know the material you will do well in her class.She does not give the answer to her test but she lets you know what on the test.She is not going to hand you an A you have to earn it YOURSELF
