She was very nice once I met with her told me I would pass then couple days later basically told me I was screwed and that I wouldnt pass without a 70 and there was nothing to do after the withdrawal date so she ruined my chances of transferring.

Was supposed to have her for a whole semester last fall but she got very sick and is now gone due to illness. we had class cancelled for 2 weeks straight and then had a perm. sub who was much better. Don't rely on her if she does come back because something unexpected could happen and it will be a long haul if so, just like what I faced.

Very professional teacher. She came from Penn State and it shows. The class has it's boring periods but it's not that hard. Read, do the homework, and study for the quizzes and you should be fine.

Easily the worst professor I have had at Dean in my two years here. Makes little to no effort to entice or influence any sort of correlational or abstract thought, has little to no regard for student opinion, and exerts little to no control over her class. Avoid at all costs, especially if she is teaching one of your Reqs.

Boring as a bump on a log, plus you can't hear her talk. She also can't control her class as everyone fools around. She is very lazy. She drops assignments. Plan to take NO Doze if you take her as a teacher, all she does is lecture.

AWESOME CLASS! Prof. Reid is so funny, down to eart, makes her classes interesting and i learned so much from her class.
