To make a long story short I dropped his class ! His teaching techniques aren't great and he does not teach for the class, one one person understands he assumes every knows! I emailed him at the beginning of the semester and never got a response. I would not advise anyone to take this class.

He should probably be teaching Accounting 3 or 4. Anything but 1, pretty much. Does not slow down or answer questions correctly. Very unorganized and does not help at all. Even my tutor said he was horrible!

He is a very nice man. Does everything he can to make sure you get a good grade and makes sure you know what you're doing. Yes, he might get you a little confused because he is a little slow but overall he will do anything to make sure you pass. As in open book, open notebook tests and homework done in class. Very easy.

The class as a whole was very unorganized, sometimes he was not ready for the lecture at all. Once I was trying to get consultations about the project he assigned. It seemed like he was not quite sure himself what he wants us to write. I would never recommend someone to take classes with him.

i wouldnt take the next accounting with him, he;s just running thru the lecture, doesnt slow down to touch upon the important points. i hope i will not lose my interest in the subject... a mess.

Comment:

Very likable guy, teaches material fairly clearly. Accounting is a somewhat difficult subject to some, and so the tendency is often to knock the professor for bad grades. If you do poorly with him, blame yourself; open books, open notes, will answer any questions you want. Helpful, outgoing, and eager to teach.
