Eh. He has a really good buzz amongst students but actually taking him was very ... different. His classes are structured the same and he assigns LENGTHY HW up front for 4 chapters. Didn't really read the book. As long as you attend class you'll pass. Super chill person overall though.

Reads off of pp slides, wiley isn't helpful and his lectures by reading off slides DO not help with test. Will deduct more points if you write extra stuff on tests and will only apply ec if you get more than some correctly. Never heard of that til him. No notes on tests and unclear lectures. Only about 15 of class stayed out of the 40 in beg.

If you like putting on makeup avoid him. Hes judgemental and will assume u will fail his class if u got makeup. He stopped the class to point out my flaws even students in the class told him hes being inconsiderate and tell me any concern outside of class Which he wont cause I be getting As anyways. He needs new glasses cus Im a good student.

Intermediate accounting is difficult and while prof. O is nice his expectations were too much for me. 75% of your grade is based on 3 tests. No notes, book or study guides are allowed. No review day or practice exams are given either. Online homework only helped a little. If you have a fanatastic memory for all the conceptsthen you should do fine.

Accounting is a very hard class in general but this professor teaches at a very slow and clear level. He explains very throughly and is always asking if anyone has an questions. 2 tests, 1 final. Very helpful and would really recommend him. attendance not mandatory at all. Doesn't take roll, not even once.

His class consists of lecturing from the slides and clear-cut explanations of solving the problems. He gave 3 exams with the first and second curved, not sure if the final was curved. Also, there are homework but I suggest working with others to make it easier. As for the exams, study only what he covers and come prepared!

Tis my second attempt. Professor O is really nice to student. He didn't prejudice your intelligence on accounting while Jerris did and encourage people to switch major. For the exam, it is relatively easier than Jerris, 70% MC and 30% problems. On problem he will give you the frame on financial statement (while Jerris only gives you a blank paper.)

I've literally never rated a professor on here but everyone needs to be warned. He is the most difficult professor I've taken this semester. Grade is two exams both worth 300 points and final worth 400. Was weirdly adamant on not wanting to tell us what was going to be on the tests. DO THE HOMEWORK. Lectures didn't really help but the textbook did

Prof O gives 2 midterms and 1 final, he doesn't take attendance and homework is not graded. However, you won't pass unless you do the hw because that's what the tests are on. I showed up to class only on the first day and all test days, but I did all the hw and got an A. Don't take this class unless you're prepared to work hard and commit.

Knows what he's talking about. Lectures are a little dry but he tries to explain as thorough as possible. Tests are short and a little hard, do the homework even though its not mandatory!

Easy to pass, but you need to fully understand the concepts to get an A. If you're a non-major, don't worry, you can easily get a B if you study. Prof is very interesting and experienced. The exams are heavily based on the HW. The book is much more useful than the lectures. He also curves exams that the class does poorly on.

Short homework assignments spaced about a week or so apart. Two midterms and a final. The midterms are tough and the final is downright hard. He does put questions from the book on the class website for students to review. Do them until you understand them is my advice.

Pr. O is knowledgeable, organized, helpful and caring. He really takes the time to explain all the concepts and is helpful during office hours. Midterm/final are hard so study the "hints" he gives you really well. Can't imagine taking this summer class with anyone else but him! Overall, a very positive experience!

His final is supper hard. He fails many students. Those questions are as hard as the problems in the textbook. you have to study hard and practice many times as you can. Or, you will fail his class. He is a joke. He just reads the powerpoint to you, but the midterms and the final are very difficult. He just wants to drive you out of the Accounting.

I honestly did not enjoy his class. I felt that he didn't want to give us a clear picture of what to focus on. His tests had several overly obscure questions which although I generally understood, seemed unreasonable when exams consist of 10 MC Qs. Maybe he just depressed me and I'm nitpicking. He didn't make me excited about accounting or life.

He is very cool i like him a lot but anyway 2 midterms online hw a final and reading every chapter helps but he gives you hints for the midterms and final if you cant pass this you've got bigger problems. Opportunity to learn a lot from him. I was just trying to pass, asked a lot of questions got an A yee
