Dr. Austin is very caring and wants us to be successful. As long as you study your notes, you'll get an A on the exam. She gives us tools on how to study. She gives good examples to let us remember challenging terms. I definitely recommend taking her!

She is a complete gem and made a&p such a beautiful experience. I adore her heart for teaching and for her students. I felt cared about and as long as I put effort into paying attention and learning, I did well on her exams and quizzes.

She gives chapter notes& study guides for exams. Quizes almost every class period however they are open notebook so write the notes down. Attend class & listen to lectures. Had an exam almost every two weeks but if you study the notes and study guide youll definitely pass. Class was easy and she doesnt mind trying new things to help her students.

Profesor is a nice teacher, but her tests are very hard and confusing. She does give you a study guide but test questions are really tricky. Took her for lab and did better in lab than lect. Definately take her for lab but not for her lecture class you will come out of class confused.

You need to be able to take really good notes. She tends to space out and go off topic and when she realizes she's running out of time, she'll rush and you won't understand a single thing. Use her recordings on canvas so you can see her power points and PLEASE print the outlines. They really help

Professor Austin has effectively killed my love for anatomy. Her notes are in a confusing order and are riddled with grammar mistakes. She constantly forgets words and what she's saying in the middle of a sentence. Doesn't go through PowerPoints fully, just skips to pictures. I have learned nothing, and I regret taking her class.

Very tricky questions for quizzes and exams. Pass your class since the beginning, she wont help you at all on final passing grade. Friends fail for a.5 other with 1.0 missing points for final grade. I would not take her class again, would not recommend either. Her notes can be confusing and frustrating . Read the book combined with her notes.

Professor Austin has is quite the character, the smartest air headed woman I've ever met. She is full of so much knowledge. Her class is challenging. You have to study for tests. In order to pass her class, read her notes, study from her notes, and re- listen to lectures if its a blended course. Sweet lady, and an easy A if you STUDY!

I have taken Dr. Austin for A&P I and II, and I have to say that she has really grown on me. She is a very sweet lady who knows how to teach and makes sure her students understand the material in order to do well. This is NOT an easy class. You have to study, a lot! Quiz every class, drops lowest test score. Some extra credit. Highly recommend her!

Her exams and quizzes can be very frustrating. She is tricky with true or false questions, she will change the smallest detail of the question for you to get it wrong. I have never studied harder for any other class and barely getting by.

Wonderful teacher, super helpful in everything. Actually tries to make the class as understandable as possible. She gives out notes for every chapter that are EXTREMELY helpful. First time I ever liked science. Highly recommended!

Funny teacher. Easy A if you study the provided chapter print outs she gives. Very fair and easy going. easy quiz every other day on previous days material. Reading report on about every 4-5 chapters, look up articles related to material and write a 3 paragraph report, easy teacher/class. recommend.

Dr. Austin is a great A&P II teacher. She knows her stuff and she is very fair. She can be boring sometimes, but stay awake. If you pay attention you will learn a lot. The lab is also pretty easy. She goes over the anatomy and gives you a quiz. She is a very sweet person so be nice. A+ teacher. I would take this class again happily if needed.
