This class was the best I took all semester. I did not need the textbook, and passed every test with an A-- just watch the videos. There is an 8-10 research paper and a 3 page paper. Both are actually pretty easy. I actually felt like I learned something in this class. I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy A! Lisa Hill is great!

Definitely recommend taking this class. Professor Hill is always willing to help and responds very quickly to emails. She really enjoys what she teaches and it shows. The work load is very doable. There is a research paper for this course, but that's expected. Just read your book...

I enjoyed this course and can't say enough about the Professor. The assignments are interesting and grading is clear. It's an extensive course so work must be put in just like in any class. Do the work well and on time and the grades will reflect it. She replies to emails and is helpful and kind. Looking forward to more classes with her!

100% would take again. Gives free reign on selecting a topic (can be anything as long as it follows the proper format). Gives very good feedback. Actually films her own lectures - love this! Textbook needed: quizzes, discussions, prep speech Anyone taking online to avoid public speaking: still anxiety inducing ; deliver in front of audience.

Very passionate educator. She is enthusiastic about the content which makes learning it seem more interesting. This course does have some very interesting material with good foundational communication ideas. She wants to see you succeed, fairly easy grader, coursework was never overwhelming. Do the assignments and you'll get a good grade.

Professor Hill is amazing! She gives great feedback and the speech class was setup great and setup for people to succeed. She gave everyone freedom to pick topics that interested them. There is 5 speeches but the first and last speeches are easy. Just do the work and you will do fine. Also Make sure to participate in the discussions.

I had Prof Hill for a blended class and she was AMAZING. So kind and helpful and always available when her students need her. Very little amount of homework, a few online quizzes, 3 small speeches, and maybe 2 evaluations. Very easy A, definitely recommend!

Professor Hill is an excellent teacher! I had her for Interpersonal Communication and it was such a great class! She is extremely nice and helpful. Read the chapters assigned, take notes, listen in class, and you'll do fine on the tests. She has tests throughout the semester and a final exam, but the final is not cumulative. It was a great class and I highly recommend it!
