AVOID HER! When a student asked about her office hours, she responds with "They didn't give me an office" and when asked for help with the take-home quizzes, she responds with "Copy the answers from another student." It seems like she is just talking to herself during lecture then remembers that we are there and asks sarcastically, "Any questions?"

Avoid her class at all costs. She created a very hostile environment in the classroom from the get go making to room silent and generally awkward the whole semester. Generally not very good at explaining things and teaches like she lost her passion a long time ago.

This class is SUPER difficult !! She does not know how to teach, people will ask her questions and she will scramble through her notes and almost 95% of the time won't be able to answer the question. ITS A TECH-YOURSELF CLASS so if you aren't good at math I would not recommend you take this class.

AVOID!!!!!!!!! I don't know where to begin with this one. She rushes through her lectures without explaining any of the steps. Quizzes are due almost every class meeting. Sometimes they are on material we haven't covered in class yet. TONS of homework, which she never goes over. This is a teach-it-yourself class. Tests are ridiculously hard.

Do yourself a favor if you're a slow person or a person like me who needs a good explanation from the professor. She rush the lectures like an F-1 racer and never stop for questions. Copied everything on the board and then solve in front of you. She never made sure her students can understand her lectures and assign you tons of irrelevant hw!

This is a teach yourself class! She doesn't really know what she's doing, sometimes people will ask her questions and she says "I don't know". And that should never be answer to a subject your teaching. Her lectures are messy and hard to understand. You can pass this class easily bc the way her exams are but don't expect to actually learn something

If you suck at math be prepared have a very hard time. She writes all the problems on the board before explaining, then speeds through the lectures so you're left completely lost. If she changed her teaching methods it might be better but this is a teach-yourself class. You must stay on top of homework, and there is a lot of it.

Awesome class. She is clear in her lectures, and she gives you enough material to practice. There are no surprises on her exams, but it is very easy to fail them if you do not study. There is no extra credit, but the opportunity to get an A is fair. I learned a lot and will definitely recommend her class.

I don't understand what she teaches the class, so I usually try to learn on my own. Her exams are quite easy because her study guide is exactly the same! Attendance is not mandatory. I passed all her exams with a B, but finals brought me down to a 78%.. SO, STUDY FOR FINALS because it's 25% of your overall grade. Also, be prepared for homework..!

I loved taking math 30 with Tress. I suck at math and still got a B in her class. She has study guides for every exam and take home quizzes. If you can do the study guide you can pass the exams! Attendance is import so go to class! Overall easy class if you show up and study off the study guides!

If math is not your strong suit I would steer clear of her, trust me. She may seem like a very easy, and I mean VERY easy teacher, but she speeds through every topic. She is always in a hurry to finish the days lesson and leaves little to no time for questions. Beware, 12 out of 30 people dropped her because it's a very stressful environment.

AWSOME professor! Love her! Straight forward on lectures. Quizzes are due every class day. Gives study guides that are very helpful & is the same exact format as the tests but different numbers. Homework are done out of the textbook and due on the day of the tests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took her for algebra. Best teacher I've ever had. made things so clear and I actually enjoyed math for the first time in my life. The reviews for the test ARE the test. Loved her!

I usually do bad in math and barely pass but in this class i don't have that problem, the lecture can be boring but it's math so that happens with every teacher there is kind of a lot of homework, but i have had worse. She makes the tests easy for you by making the study guides very similar which is nice. Overall good teacher, wish she taughtmath10

Took her for trig, and she is so easy. Practice test are EXACTLY the same as exams, just with different numbers. Her exams are multiple choice and they are super easy.

If you know all algebra material, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you have no idea about algebra, somewhat recommended. she just teaches whatever she brought with her and FAST. even you're not good at algebra, I think you can get A/B with some effort.

I liked her because she was very to the point & her tests were predictable. Practice tests helped A LOT. Sometimes I left the class confused & had to go back & relearn it on my own. She went over stuff kinda fast. If you're willing to work for the A, it's very possible.
