Comment:

Professor Stefanini is the sweetest lady ever! She may be losing it a little bit but if you put in the extra work and actually read the book and do your part you will learn a lot from her. 3 exams and a final plus a lot of my accounting lab homework but she is an extremely fair grader and grades homework based on just trying.

Nice old lady who is experience in accounting. She, however, is not good at teaching accounting. She gives a lot of homework and quizzes and they are all online. You might as well be teaching yourself. I do not recommend this professor.

I love the women, she is super nice and funny, but she isn't the best professor. The material is gone over too fast and she push test back if the class is behind. we have a chapter test ever other week and she expects you to be able to the My Accounting lab assignment without going over the material in class.

Maureen is the nicest person you could ever meet. She wants everyone to succeed and goes above and beyond to help her students. Women in Business is an easy class, sadly, her students take advantage of it. It's an easy A. Presenters come in to each class and you listen and take notes and ask questions. 3 related news articles per week. No test.

She is a really sweet lady but I did not learn much from her at all. She assigns work in "my accounting lab" before every class and she has 4 exams and a final. There is a quiz every day also. Wants her students to succeed but it is sometimes hard to do so

Love her so much. she's the best teacher. She is more like a mother and she gives quiz every class. But you can use your book! and she gives notecard before exam and you can use it. The exams were not easy, however, you knew what you have missed after that and she was kind. she go to office every day.you can ask for help and she's warmhearted.love!

LOVE HER!!! She is the sweetest lady and really cares about her students. Her classes really offer an entrepreneur type environment. You get what you want out of the class. Your grade is based on a portfolio passed in at the end of the semester. She is very helpful and a great advisor.

she does an awful job. For every chapter she spends 15-25 minutes. DROP this class and run to another professor, I do not know why WSC has given her so many classes in accounting. She doesn?t offer extra help, or tells you how you are doing. In summation, if you can teach yourself go for it, otherwise, DROP, DROP and DROP her class.

One of the worst classes I've ever taken. I really don't understand why she has gotten such great reviews in the past. You basically have to teach yourself, textbook/acct.lab online are poorly written, quiz every class, 4 speed tests, and a 3 hour mandatory final. Not to mention, the subject itself is horribly boring and monotonous.

She is a very good teacher. I was worried about taking this class but after taking her I am now considering a concentration in accounting. The class is not easy you have to do the homework but she makes it easy to do well in class as long as you keep up with the work. Also I love the book she used, it includes software and made the hw easier.

Chapter notes and problems for homework. In class: chapter notes and homework review on overhead, and graded problems that she will check and make you do over if wrong. Very helpful and pleasant. Do your homework though because it's not an easy subject! Lots of memorization. No take-homes!
