Long story short: Professor doesn't care for students, Wont care to see what's wrong or talk to us. False exam prep says this or that and will not include things she says or includes things she says not to study. No study guide, No powerpoint, Exams are her own words. My background is all previous science are A's w/ 3.8 GPA so take your chance.

She is a caring and charismatic professor, but her exams are challenging. She is very detailed and so you must study accordingly. Her exams are fair as she pulls information from lecture and reading. I'd definitely recommend taking her lab as well as her lecture.

De Rose is such an amazing professor. At the beginning of every class we had a quiz on the previous lab and did NOT have any exams, it was so much easier that way. Also, she allowed us to ask any questions we had on the previous lab BEFORE the quiz. Shes hilarious and very passionate about what she teaches. You wont regret taking her class!

Professor Derose is really awesome! She will help students with any questions they have and try to help them understand. She's always happy and has a great personality. I highly recommend her!

Lectures based off of printed outlines and reading the book. However, she will break any little detail down to help us fully understand!! Super funny, smart, charismatic, REALLY energetic for an 8 AM class, and absolutely adorable :D also a gym buff. I loved this class because of her, wish she taught BIO 63 :/ you will not regret taking her at all!

De Rose is nice and knows her stuff, but when we have questions after class she is not helpfull and she is rude. She forgets what class she was teaching what at times and it becomes confusing to me, also, her test are as difficult as she can make it to be confusing. She tells you to learn certain stuff on the book and does not put it on the test.

I absolutely LOVE Nikki! I was scared to take lab,I didn't do so well in lecture, but she made me enjoy lab & she was VERY helpful. Every time I had a question she always helped (email or in class) attend every class & give it your all, & you will get a good grade! Record Lab lectures, it will help when studying 4 tests/quizzes

She is a very nice and approchable teacher. Labs at time were very stressful but if you take pictures with your own camera it will help alot. Exams are m.c and essay, but are pretty straight forward. Attendance and alot of studying are mandatory.. But most of all remember to have fun with it !!!

She is a high energy professor who has a passion for biology! The class discussions were always so rewarding. You do have to put in a lot of effort in her class if you want to succeed. She really helped solidify my understanding of the big picture concepts in biology. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs to take a biology class!

I had Nikki for Bio 424 and 424L this past semester and I LOVE her! She is so upbeat and bubbly, she makes class that much better. It's anatomy guys, you HAVE to study. Take good notes, ASK QUESTIONS. She will never make you feel dumb. She is very helpful and has a great personality. Study study, but you'll have fun :) Highly recommend her classes!

She is an amazing professor. BUT her class is HARD. What do you expect from Anatomy. Make sure you study A LOT for the lab exams and lecture exams. The LAB EXAMS are SUPER HARD.50-52 fill in answers. Overall she is very funny and all over the place...:)

This teacher is no joke,she is extremley hard!Her tests are very tricky, she just wants you to know your stuff, which is essential to be a nurse; but alot of the times she disscused lots of physiology material and lots of functions for stuff not nessacary.
