Theres no way to get around it: there will be lots of homework in math. Repetition is how you learn math. If you do all the homework and always go to class you will get a guaranteed A, even if you suck at math. But if you fall behind things will snowball quickly. A big commitment, but Norman is committed to you- he even gives out his home phone.

Norman is an excellent teacher. He wants all his students to succeed. he is always willing to answer questions and help. Hes patient and incredibly smart. There was a good amount of homework to do but it only helps you with learning

Norman's class was the first math class I took where I felt like I understood what was going on. He was patient and calming and presented the material in a way that I found very accessible. He's happy to spend extra time with students and cares about his students' success.

Favorite teacher I've ever had. Hes so caring about your well being in his classmore than most teachers are. He really strives to make sure you understand the material. He assigns a decent amount of homework every night, its pretty time consuming, but not difficult. You have 3 tests that are in in class and take home part and a final. VERY LIENIENT

He is a great professor who's entire aim is to teach a clear understanding of the subject. He is the most lenient professor I have had and allows make ups, test corrections, etc. he holds great enthusiastic lecture and covers topics in many ways so everyone understands. Great teacher.

Comment:

Norman is a great professor and I wish he could just teach me all my math classes that are required! I struggle in math and with him as my professor I was actually able to grasp the concepts and move forward! I would absolutely take class with him and recommend him to everyone!!!

Norman really knows what he's teaching. The class isn't boring like other one's I've been in, it's actually fun. He has such a great sense of humor, which makes the class more interesting. This is a 3.000 credit class, which should switch to a 4.000 because the amount of homework, and the length of his tests! Still, take a class with him!

Norman is a great Professor. He'll take time after class or whenever, so that you can fully understand what he did in class, or something your having a hard time with understanding. In the class he makes it fun, and he has such a great personality, which makes being in his class(s) better! Overall I recommend taking any of Norman's classes!
