She's such a fun, open-minded professor and is definitely effective. I wish she taught Acting II instead of the current professor because she would really bring a creative approach to the craft. Participate and you'll get an A.

Amazing teacher!! She really appreciates everyone in the class and loves her job. It is really hard to fail her class since she really just cares that you get up and perform. It doesn't matter if you are good or bad, you will still get A's as long as you show you are interested. Extremely nice lady! Take her class for an easy A!

Very easy to stay focused, made learning about acting fun! One of the best teachers that I have had, and I am a new student after 7 years...(graduated in 2003). Defiantly someone that everyone should experience! :)

Patricia is one of a kind. She has a great attitude and is hilarious. Speeches do require effort, but she grades very easy. She is so nice and unfortunately is taken advantage of. She offers tons of extra credit. Classes were fun at first, she makes everyone become friends and comfortable with eachother.

Took her for effective speaking not theater! Public speaking is the worst fear of most people so I do not recommend this class. b/c she expects you to be a "theaterical performer" not just a good public speaker! It is a waste of time if you are not an "over the top performer", shes a hard grader too.

patricia is simply the best teacher i have ever had in my life. prior to this class i had horrible stage fright and she made me over come it. she is such a sweet heart and helps you out any way she can. no matter what class she is taking, take her!
