He was a fair instructor. I didn't mind his stories or the fact that he teaches right from the book (I never needed to buy the book). He is a very likeable guy. If I HAD to know the material and it was not just for req. I might think twice; otherwise no problem. My biggest complaint is with all the cheating he lets go on. Crack the whip Barardi!

Comment:

One of the worst "professors" ever... His lectures are not lectures. He simply reads the text from the book with an occasional overhead image. The tests are hard, especially since he never really TAUGHT anything. However, he allows you to bring notes to the test. Write as much as you can in the allotted space, and you pretty much have an A.

He is a very nice person but he's also old and a mess. He doesn't teach, he just tells his life stories related to the subject. Be prepared to know his life story rather than the subject.

Quincy College should be embarrassed for having him. He doesn't teach. His idea of lecture is reading bolded terms from the book for 10 minutes. Plan on reading and memorizing on your own to learn. He made derogatory remarks about women in general. He talked mostly about his past health problems and prior surgeries. Test questions ambiguous.

Horrible teacher he made us listen to a review tape from the library and not a single topic on it was on hte emax. Very misleading and into Himself!

Great teacher, knows subject matter very well and is willing to help. If you pay attention in class and do the assignments you WILL learn. If however you're like most of the other people here and talk during class you probably don't learn anything. Great teacher.

i had to take the class as a prerequisete for nursing. this guy spent time with political speeches and should just teach. always moved room or started late. misses lots of classes too. A rip off. some of us are planing to go to the state to complain

This class was the greatest disappointment. I needed the class to get into the nursing program. I had to listen to irrevelent comments, misery, and too many times no-show by Mr. Berardi. I passed the course but learned nothing, and feel ripped off. RETIRE
