If you take bio 152 lab with him, I am sorry. He is a nice guy but horrible teacher. He does not lecture at all! When it comes to the practical and quizzes, he does give a curve which can help your grade. All the information on the practicals we did not learn ever even in the lecture class. If you can switch out of his class, do it.

IF YOU HAVE HIM, CHANGE TEACHERS. He was the MOST UNHELPFUL LAB TEACHER. I had no idea what to do that whole semester. Did not help us prepare for Lab practicals AT ALL. Had a huge curve just to pass us all. He just makes random noises in class and jokes around. no one learned anything in that class. Anatomy lecture was 100x more helpful.

Comment:

Nice guy, but not a great Professor when it comes to teaching material. You have to sit everyday and memorize a textbook to get his concepts down. He treats you like a Med School student, not like an undergraduate who's seeing Anatomy for the first time ever. If you're taking a load of science classes, I would highly not recommend taking Anatomy.

Ive only had him one semester (anatomy). Hes a nice guy but spends too much time trying to impress his students using corny jokes. Hes lost touch with his students and the topic. Most of his lectures you can zone out, he talks and talks without fully explaining. Most test averages were 50s. God bless his curve. Do not recommend this prof

He is the BEST! Anatomy & Physiology are hard courses regardless of your professor. You need to study on your own in order to do well. Go to class, read the textbook and look up online videos if you want to clear something up. Dr. Browner is very knowledgeable and the best bio prof that I ever had at Pace. STUDY ON YOUR OWN and you will do GREAT!

I'm in the class right now and I've never been in a more awful course. You might as well just read the textbook but he does take attendance so I guess you should go to show him you care about your grade. His notes are all over the place and don't go in the same order as the book. Teach yourself and don't ever willingly take this course! Stay away.

He is unclear in his answers to questions and his directions. He is sweet but has completely lost all knowledge he had of this subject. If you are a freshman don't take this class. You will screw yourself over in the future. He will not teach you anything about proper laboratory processes and you will be lost when you get to higher level classes.
