I took Professor Heifetz's course "Exercising Leadership". It is one of the most popular courses at the Kennedy School. Having taught this course for nearly thirty years, the Professor has become sort of a god-like figure at the school. If you are not afraid of public learning or putting yourself in vulnerable learning situations, this is for you.

Took this course years ago and realized now how useful it has been in all aspects of my professional life. This is a very practical leadership course and Heifetz is the best in the business. If you are the KSG, you must take this course. Don't be afraid or make excuses
