Unfortunately, there is no type of study guide or lecture that will assist you with the quizzes or tests. This is a self-teaching course and no assistance will be provided. Awful! Can't believe she's considered a 'Professor' for posting 2 YOUTUBE videos once every 2-3 weeks and thats it. You are on your own cramming the entire book without understanding anything because she doesn't give a damn about economics or the students.

I feel that this class would have been a lot better had it been in person like it was supposed to be. She does not offer any original teachings such as her own lecture videos, or PowerPoints like other professors. Basically its read the chapter by yourself with no explanation and take the quiz. If you can't learn this way, then wait for in person.

Professor N was really great. She is approachable, but don't treat her like she is your bff. If you actually try, you will get a good grade. She dresses so professionally and pretty and actually helps you with real world stuff. Definitely going to take her class again if I can get in!

This professor is the best one at Chaffey. So hilarious. You have to REALLY not care in order to get a bad grade. She explains everything and goes out of her way to give extra credit. She might be tougher now because of one student that messed up big time, but she's still caring and uses real life examples to help us understand. Would take again!!

She's a hard professor but tbh her looks make up for it. I can say I'd take her again. Helped me with understanding that economics should be over politics. If you take her class again for a different econ class, use your old test and study guides because they are the same

I honestly enjoyed this class. It was my favorite and most memorable class of this semester. Dr. Nowakhtar is quite the character, to say the least. She is very knowledgeable, has a witty personality and is very honest. And between you and me, she is quite alluring for her age and has a killer smile!

Professor nowakhtar is one of the craziest professors that I took for Econ 1. Her class is never boring, but it makes you think. Also, she expects you to read the book in order to understand it. Also, she always well dressed every time she comes to class. She always has her water cup with her and always talks about her family a lot and her ex.

Best professor taken so far at Chaffey. Lectures cover everything you will be tested on later so notes are VERY important. She makes class very interesting and fun. Book is a must to study for test and quizzes. Wish she was teaching more classes but is currently only part time. TAKE HER CLASS

Professor was easy to relate to and was open. Discusses a lot about her personal life which sometimes gets in the way of teaching. Wasn't organized but learned a lot. Quizzes, 2 tests, and presentation. Study guides were not too helpful so study the material in textbook. Overall was a good professor.

This is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She makes her classes entertaining by incorporating her actually life stories which keeps the class interested. I had her for both CONSUM 40 and CONSUM 11 and really enjoyed them both..
