He lectures all class, if you are able to read and learn on your own a majority of the time this will be fine. He gives 5 tests and the lowest grade will be dropped. Extra credit is already in the tests - which sucks. The tests are really confusing - wording sucks on them. He does offer to "fight" a question on tests if you prove a different answer

well if you are a good reader and and think you can do everything on your own the n take him. tests are so confusing. grading is strictly from tests. you go to class or don't go doesn't matter. his lectures are boring. he doesn't give chapter out line or any material before test.

Excellent professor. He gets straight to the point and explains his lectures clearly. No homework and the course is based off of 4 testes and the lowest test is dropped. If you show up to class you will do fine.

I honestly enjoyed every minute of his class because he uses so much good examples that can help us understand the material much more easier. The examples that he uses are pretty good and he can sometimes relate them to pop culture or can help give you a better understanding of the material. If you have to take business law take him.

Bring a tape recorder if you don't like to take notes. He only lectures, and they are important for helping you understand the material. He takes his tests from the book, has 9 tests but drops the lowest 2. Other than that he will try to make the material easy for you to understand.

Book is a must. He lectures straight from the book. Doesn't give notes and exams are really long. I would recommend recording his classes since he tends to go fast and does not give any time to take notes.

I genuinely enjoyed this guy's class. He makes it interesting by using pop culture examples + stuff you can relate to. He's also funny. I'd recommend him if you actually want to learn, plus he's laid back and respected. My only complaint is that you really have to read the whole book to pass the exams because he doesn't write notes, only lectures.

This professor happens to be one of the best that I have ever had. There are 5 tests and he will drop the lowest one and grade you on a curve. He just lectures, but he makes them interesting by using examples of real life. Everything he mentions in class is what is on the test, so make sure you take notes or highlight items in the book.

Plain and simple for bus law 1 there is 9 test, he drops the lowest 2. easy class if you dont want to do hw or have quizzes. read the chapters take the test and thats it. he can be a little sarcastic but who cares

Great Professor. He treats you as you are adults! Need to read the chapters and listen to what he says. He is always open to questions and is very easy going. His tests are long and somewhat hard....you need to pay attention and go to class. .

At first I hated this professor. His tests are tricky and he hardly teaches. After the semester goes on though, you get a hang of his tests and their tricks which makes them passable. He drops the lowest two grades(thank jesus). A lot of reading and note taking should be done at home. Going to class is a must, he gives some useful tips for the test

I love him. If you don't want to learn, dont take him. But if your goal is to truely learn and understand the subject in a straighforward manner. Best professor at MCC. You will learn everything you need to know about Law & some graet stories and jokes along the way. His tests are multiple choice and he gives you the chance to argue with him if you believe that your answer is correct! I loved this class, it makes you want to be a lawyer. he relates thing to everday life which makes it easier
