Great Professor, he really knows what he's talking about and he makes it interesting (even the boring stuff.) The entire class was focused on discussions of the previous reading, so you do need to read the book. Quizzes weren't too hard, but you're not going to pass if you don't read and take good notes.

Absolutely terrible teacher. Only counts quizzes, wont even grade them himself. Quizzes aren't on material but rather anecdotes he tells in class.

He is hard to understand at first, but once you get used to him its okay. Make sure you study for the quizzes. And DO NOT use your phone in class! Make sure you are on time to all classes! Pay attention and take notes and you will be fine.

Excellent professor, knows his material thoroughly. He's good at playing the part of the absent-minded professor, but other than that I would highly recommend any of his courses.
