I like prof Vogel, I attended his class a few semesters ago. He looks like a student not a Math teacher but he is very smart. I struggle in his class because I hate math, but he tries hard to help me understand it. I withdrew from the class but would take in again if necessary.

he is very helpful.his appearence doesn't look like a teacher.need to spend time 4 the class because calcII is the hardest. gives conceptual queations(proof the volume of a sphere),so study the notes,book examples. uses maple and tests are open book,gives extra credit too. calcchat.com may be heplful.I said everything u need 4 A ,so good luck.

If you're not that strong in math do not take this guy. He's very unclear on what he wants on his exams and he gives you no chance to make it up by way of extra credit or other work. Gives you pre-tests for the exam but will not do you any good. Good guy, bad teacher.

Great teacher! Really nice guy. He truly wants everyone to do well in his class. Very thorough in his lectures, and welcomes questions. Tests are tough, but if you study what he teaches you'll get an A. Would take another class of his in a second.
