I enjoy this class and Dr. Macanka. He is my favorite professor in college. I am looking forward to Physics II. I wish that he had been my teacher for Chem I & II. He has the ability to explain science so that you can understand. Plus he goes off on what he calls tangents and they are hilarious.

AWESOME professor. I've talked to other Physics 1 students at other colleges and they are jealous of the way he makes it seem simple. He has a great presence in the classroom that makes me relax and enjoy myself. I'm looking forward to Physics2 and not many people can say that!

Dr.MacAnka is a wonderful teacher. He knows what he teaches and he teaches it well. He also has a smooth easy going voice that makes me want to hear him narrating a a documentary. He does his best to get you far in the class and makes you work to your full potential.

This was by far the best Science professor I've had out of all my Science courses in college thus far. And I've taken 11 Science classes (including Physics which I had with Macanka). Awesome guy, wicked nice and understanding, no need to purchase book, presents the material clearly and makes learning Physics fun and easy to understand! Cool dude

Prof Macanka knows what he's talking about when it comes to chemistry but nobody else does... his lame jokes make me gag and he's always drinking water from the bubbler. And he hates the SmartBoard.

I don't like physics too much, but this class is ok. It's fun because we do a lot of hands on experiences, not just notes, which is good. He's a cool teacher.
