The Asian American Experience was super interesting and not terribly difficult as long as you took notes in class and skimmed the reading. Prof Lee is really nice and truly cares about her students. If you show up and engage, you will get an A. Definitely recommend this class especially if you are of Asian descent

She's pretty standard grading-wise for Wellesley. You are expected to put in effort and work hard. She can be intimating at first, but if you go to her office hours, she's less intense. She expects all works to be read in completion before the first day of class discussion.
