She has high expectations, she understands not everyone is cut out for writing but expects you to put in the effort. She is very engaging and is willing to help students. Often class leads into great discussions. A great professor if you are serious about your education.

No personality. She calls on random people so if you are shy do not take her. Papers? forget it. No matter how hard you work on them she does not grade them fair AT ALL. Tough grader for sure. Her big hips get in the way of focus when she rambles on about boring topics from the past. Not worth my time.

As an avid reader and former prospective English Major, I can easily say I was looking forward to this class. However, due to Cardoni's ignorance, racism, and condescending comments when calling out specific students, I have come to thoroughly hate this class. She is the worst teacher I have ever had and is stuck in the past. This isn't the 1970's.

Easy A!!! But only if you can write. If you have trouble writing papers and forming opinions, take this class with someone else. She lets you be yourself and grades you only if you do so. Don't be stupid - take with her.

She encouraged me to write about every experience I ever had in my life and has me thinking about writing a book. Pretty good for a 101 class! Don't ever address her as anything but DOCTOR. She earned her Ph.D and she'll be quick to let you know that.
