I enjoyed the class. I particularly liked the fact that Dr. Jawa encouraged participation and discussion on various health issues, this made the class thought provoking. I also found her choice of topics for papers interesting. I do feel that if Dr. Jawa disagrees with information in the text this should be made clear to students before a test.

I really enjoyed this class. Dr. Jawa delivers the material in a way that is interesting. She has a great sense of humor and engages her students. If you study and take the class seriousy you will do well. There is medical language mixed in and that was probably the hardest part was remembering all the words! She's a very fair instructor.
