One if the best Professors I have had in College so far. She really makes an effort to help students even outside of class. There is a lot of homework and you have to work for that A but it's A you'll feel proud of.

Best teacher ever, you will learn so much but only if you want to be a real CJ professional. The other CJ teachers are a joke, you learn nothing which translates to you never getting a real CJ job! If you can not hack these vital courses take an easier curriculum. If you won't/ can't keep up with homework and reading will get what you deserve.

Toothaker (pronounced tooth-ah-ker) is inconsistent with what she wants and her grading. She told my class she wanted just the POINTS of a brief for a case. Points are the longest part. When everyone showed up for class with a couple paragraphs for each point, she was pissed and gave EVERYONE bad grades. Shouldn't that be a reflection on herself?

She is very rude and talks down to her students. She is sarcastic about everything and she always says "questions are your friends" yet when you ask a question she replays with a rude comment completely irrelevant to the question and ignores it.

this professor enjoys talking down to her students and not allowing them to finish their statements by rushing the conversation ahead. also she is of a sect of professor that believes that memorization is everything it is not knowledge of concepts is more important engages time limits and rushes her tests this is not a fair test of our abilities

1 of the most interesting and knowledgeable Professors of the many encountered. She has the passion, love of higher education, and life experiences to make class fascinating. If you are lazy, a dullard, or have no integrity; then perhaps any branch of law enforcement is not your forte, basic basketweaving has openings. Take self control with you.

Her Act,Intent,Concurrence,Causation, and resulting harm, should be scrutinized by the college far more closely than it appears to have been. Perhaps an "actual" criminal lawyer should monitor her classes without her knowledge.

I took her class, online, as an elective, I had previous a 3.87 grade point average and took my schoolwork very seriously, as a mother and working adult, I viewed her class as an important elective, it was AWFUL, I felt undermined every assignment I passed in and felt like she did not want to respond to anything positively. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Prof. Toothaker comes off a little harsh at first. She expects a level of maturity out of her students, and simply that they attend class, and put in the required work (which wasn't unreasonable). I gave her a chance, and found she has a true love for teaching and her students. Do what is expected of you, and you will get good results!

I loved every class I had taken with Bonnie. She is a very hard teacher and expects alot- put in some effort and she sees that. Exams are not that difficult if you are paying attention and show up for class. Would liked to have taken all of my CJ classes with her
