Clark Grain is clearly very bright. He likes to demonstrate this with mental calculations, but he makes errors and skips steps that make him hard to follow. He once attempted to solve a problem for 30 minutes while we just sat there. He's old and has lost the ability to give a hoot, but he's a good man.

As far as a person Mr. Grain is a great person! He's older and has alaot of knowledge its just that most students made it hard for him to teach. I found that alot of students would kinda over step there boundieres with him, maybe because hes older and lets things slide but what made is class hard was the lack of respect that other students had.

It's pretty easy to get an A in this guy's course. However, he makes mistakes with his math calculations all the time and this can be very frustrating when studying for an exam. He's pretty lenient on the labs, so if you don't want to write a lot of lab reports, take this guy.

He is a good teacher that will give you extra help on his own time if needed. He is a pure genius doing major calculations in his head. if you take his chemistry class you have to be committed to the lab for a good grade. I have been in 4 of his classes so far.
