Disorganized and sleep inducing. Her questions are much harder than bar questions, so why she is allowed to continue putting them on the ConLaw Comp exam is a mystery. Glad I didn't take ConLaw with her, as I hate hearing professors rant on and on about THEIR political beliefs. Guess what? That's NOT what I am paying tuition for.

Nice person and cares but the class was a complete nightmare, she was all over the place. Way too much politics for me. Felt if it was not for Matt's reviews I would not have learned what I needed to learn.

Con Law is a tough subject and Rudnick has her way of making it a lot tougher than it needs to be. Her exams are over the top. Seems like she wants you to fail her class. Lot of ambiguity in the classroom, skipping all over the place. You should buy the casebook a semester ahead of time and read the whole thing before taking her class

Professor Rudnick is a great professor. She makes no excuse for being a liberal, but won't shut you down if you have an opposing view, or hurt your grade. she will challenge you, making us better advocates for our future clients. great professor will take again.

Told me that law school is harder for me than others and said that I should drop out of law school or drop criminal law. I got a C in Criminal Law and survived law school. Constance is a constant headache.

Prof. Rudnick is one of my fav. profs here. She is hard and goes by the rulebook (get concise version)and Gillers text very thoroughly (don't get a prior edition, it's not worth it) so always read your cases and even go ahead to next section; also is one of the few profs here who actually know our names and who is personable and makes class fun

This is a tough subject & she keeps control of the class which is not easy in 2L day classes. Her asst. Matt is EXCELLENT. So I gave a 5 for the team. Matt plays the good cop, to Rudnick's bad cop, but Rudnick's bark most of the time is to get our attention. She definately focuses on teaching us what we need to know to hopefully pass the bar.

Awesome Professor. She will put people on the spot in class so do the readings and remember, she overloads you on the readings for a reason. Not an easy class but she makes it as fun and informative as possible. Learned a ridiculous amount in 16 weeks. Not particularly approachable but she will help if you ask.

The class and subject matter are extremely difficult- especially when 100+ pages is assigned for one class and we don't go over any of it! She is intimidating in class, but a nice woman overall. Her TA Matt is realllly helpful.

Very difficult instructor. It seems as if Rudnick wants students to do poorly on her Con Law section in Comp.Makes her exam questions far more difficult than any practice Bar review questions in existence.Additionally, she is very stern and unfriendly. Thanks to Connie's insanely difficult exam,I may be in danger of not graduating.Good times

I was a little intimidated by Prof Rudnick given her reputation as a tough professor, but when I got into her class I realized how amazing she is. She explains things so well, is very organized and will spend more time making sure you really understand her material than any profs ...she has a very cute sense of humor that emerges on occasion

Extreme, unreasonable, impossible work load with other classes, family, work, etc. Will stand someone up for a half hour, with detailed questions on multiple cases. Class sits in fear. Disorganized. Spouts off moon bat political agenda. Needs a review class to explain/introduce concepts. Beware, any other choice would be better.

VERY biased on calling students.Students won't participate for fearing they will be called.Makes you read 10+ cases per class but will only cover a few, making it very difficult to learn the material.Shows her liberal political side with a vengeance.I don't mind professors being liberal/conservative but it should not be in the classroom like this.
