Dave is not only a great professor he is a great human being... an all too rare combination in accademia. If you are open and humble he will go out of his way to ensure you get as far as possible. Get into his classes; you will be better for it academically and personally. Highly recommended.

Had him for Multimedia and he was great! If you work hard and show interest he will be your best friend, apart from your SLR that is. He will make you fall in love with photography and if you are in love with it already (like me) he will make u fall in love all over again !

Dave helped me love photography..He has a great sense of humour and is ALWAYS around to help. He doesn't take crap from students but his projects were interesting and fair due to some students having no prior experience. He's very approachable..this was one of my fav courses.

Dave is one of the few profs in the whole school who will really, truly tell it like it is. He doesn't take any crap, and he expects you to work your butt off for him. But he really really REALLY knows his stuff, and is usually more than willing to help you out.

Good teacher overall. He will teach you things you will not need now, but will be very useful in upper years. If you are going into a class of his just remember that he is a PERFECTIONIST! take your time on all of your photographs, set them up well, and print them properly, above all, KEEP IT SIMPLE!
