I had Dr Carter at MSU as part of the Urban Education cohort in 2010. She accidentally emailed everyone a class list with her personal comments on each student, some of which were very rude, insulting and negative in general. When I confronted her about mine, she was a total coward about it. Proceed with caution when selecting her courses.
