Professor Irwin should be taken by anybody that wants an Easy A. He goes over everything that is going to be on the quizzes, midterm, and final exam. Everything that he says is going to be on them is exactly what appears there. All you have to do is review over your notes and you'll be fine. The only "hard" thing he makes you do is a concert paper.

Quirky little guy but he's very nice. Helps you get through the class even though the content is boring. I barely passed any quizzes and the midterm, but did his "concert paper" and passed the final. I ended up with an A in the course.

OK, so he does pick on the pianist...and some of the music was pretty scary..he can be very picky. He's taken a little time for us to get used to, but I think now he's ok. We do sound better (when the music's not horrible to start with).

Very nice man & is very helpful for those who need help. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that he was mean to the pianist who was such a sweet woman! (& i hate some of the songs he chose)
