I didn't know anything about Access. After taking this class and having learned a lot, I really like the application. Professor Ronsivalli was fair, gave plenty of assignments for practice, and encouraged students to email their databases to her so she could provide lots of help. I am happy I had her as an instructor.

She posted lots of videos that were really helpful, because I took the class online. She created most of the videos herself, so they related to what we were covering. She did a great job on those. She sends lots of reminders about pending due dates. Thought she was a great teacher and I learned Excel well.

Just finished Joanne's online data management class. The projects she gives after you finish the text book work are challenging. You can tell they are checking to see if you learned anything by completing the text book assignment. The projects were great and they made me really learn the stuff. Great professor. Real organized.

Save yourself the trouble and don't take her class online the book assignments are fine. Explain everything very clear. Her assignments however she creates herself with minimum explanation. I tried my best in this class but it still wasn't enough to get a passing grade. Trust me don't take her class online.

Excellent instructor. Online courses make specific feedback difficult. She will communicate exactly what is needed for her to assist- rapidly. No late assignments. Work can be tough as the focus is database creation and management (there is some SQL programming thrown in for extra fun). Leave plenty of time for email exchanges.

Joanne is incredible. She knows how to teach and really makes sure you understand the material. I particularly like how she teaches material covered in the textbook but doesn't teach DIRECTLY from the textbook like some CIS professors. She is also one of the nicest professors on campus! I would recommend her over any CIS professor at the school.

Best teacher ever. She is very knowledgeable and fun. She loves to chat and joke but also give a clear expectation of what she expects and what she will not tolerate. Just follow the assignments and turn them in on time and you will have no problems. I am taking more classes from her because I enjoyed her class so much.

One of my best teachers is Professor Ronsivalli. Her test reviews help summerize what's on the test, and they give us extra practice. I would like to be a high school teacher. Lots of the things Professor Ronsivalli does I will remember to use when I start teaching. The way she is fun and is alive with energy is awesome. Take her class!

Joanne is an amazing teacher.I am disgusted by the comment that someone left her which is entirely untrue.Joanne is extremely helpful, smart and fun. She is approachable and will go out of her way to make sure that you succeed in her class. This is my second computer class I have taken with her and trust me, you could not ask for a better teacher!!

The class is as easy as they come. The teach however is not not that funny even though she tries. She likes to make you think she cares but she doesn't. If you have a hard time she will help you in class but other than that you are screwed. I'd take her class again because it was easy but I wouldn't want to see her outside of class.

Professor Ronsivalli gives us a review before each test. The reviews are great. She is one of the best teachers that I ever had.
