I took intro to chem in the summer. It was incredibly fast paced and I did not enjoy it at all. The teacher wasn't bad but he wasn't good at clarifying when things were due like lab reports etc and there were a lot of pop quizzes. Chemistry is hard in general but I would not recommend taking it in the summer.

Highly recommended for intro chem. He is very patient and open to questions. The online homework is tedious at times and he isn't strict about due dates so it could be easy to fall behind on homework. Overall, a very successful semester.

Learned a lot in his class. Be prepared for A LOT of homework. But he was very well prepared. Quizzes were open note and the labs were interesting. Enjoyable class it did become overwhelming but as long as you don't let the homework slide and stay on top of everything, you can get through it!

Took his intro to chem night class. He is very nice and an excellent teacher but since you only meet once a week there is an INSANE amount of material crammed into one class. Do not take his class if you can't dedicate a good amount of study time.

Very nice professor. On time and very clear on his plans. Open notes-quizzes, closed-notes exams. Intro course but he requires a lot of work, which is great if you like this subject. Piece of cake labs, a little too easy sometimes. Book not helpful - will give his own notes on the subject for you to study from. Really enjoyed this professor.

Very nice professor, very willing to help you understand chemistry. Copy your homeowork and lab reports sometimes they get lost.
