The class was very unorganized -big warning here if you are annoyed by disorganization. With that said, he usually let out of class early, but I honestly didn't learn much in class and made an A.

It is very hard to make sense out of anything he tries to teach. He is not organized at all, and jumps around alot. Never answers exactly the question someone asks. He does give a lot of chances for extra credit, but his class is so boring. He is not a good teacher. The only classes that you learn anything are the review classes before the exams.

Dr. Urbano was not that bad of a person. I failed both of my test, but I came to class and did a whole lot of extra credit and I ended up with an A out of the course. I think he will do whatever he can to help you out especially if you are showing some type interst in that you are trying to do well in the course!!

Urbano is an alright teacher. Only two tests, midterm and final, which are comprehensive, and the final is cumulative. I think I made C's on both. There are two projects but they are easy,and I think that's why I ended up with a B. Everything he says in class lectures you can find from his powerpoints online, so no need for book or class attendance

THE WORST CLASS I HAVE TAKEN YET. Keeps us almost the whole class. I have no idea what he is talking about. Takes this class way to seriously. NOT AN EASY A. Exams are impossible. He is very annoying, "OK". Dont get a single thing out of his lectures. I would not take him if I could get anouther teacher. You will pull your hair out in this class.

Extremly intrested into what he is teaching. And all his examples are crystal clear. He tries to make class intresting with jokes. His tests were open notes and his final was a take home exam. Also copy down the diagrams on the board even after you have turned them in, he forgets to give them back for the test along with the online notes.

Really into the material he is teaching. It was nice to be able to access all of the material online. Gave lots of grading and extra credit opportunities. Wanted us to do well. Makes jokes in class and utilizes visual examples. A good course for someone who hasn't been interested in science before. Do not believe his study guides though.

Urbabo is the funniest teacher at the school. If teaching does not pan out, he could do stand-up. All lectures are PowerPoint and on his website. While I did not learn anything, I did go to class just to see what little Lensyl would do or say next. He is just so funny. By the way, he has this crazy accent where he drops all "th" endings.

Even though he gives good class lectures and explanations the tests are very hard. Tests are multiple choice but still hard and I studied and usually make A's but the best I could do on every test was an high "C". With extra credit I pulled out a "B" in this class.

Dr. Urbano rocks! He is one of the best teachers at this school. This class was unbelievably easy if you opened the book, which obviously half of the class didn't do because they are losers and they deserved to fail. Take his class and read the book!

Very hard, have to do weather log EVERY DAY for the whole semester that is only worth 7% of your grade and his tests are extremely hard...nothing from lectures! I suggest taking another teacher!

The class is interesting, and he is a good teacher, but he makes stupid jokes all the time and laughs at himself a lot. Other people in the class said that his tests were hard and the questions them were worded tricky. But, I studied and filled out the study guides that he gave us and I got A's on his tests. Do the study guide and you will do fine.

incredibly boring. There were days that I wanted a volcano to burst up thru the floor so we could get out of class early. Unfortunaly that never happened. His tests aren't rea hard if you take good notes. One fun way to stay awake in class is to count how many times he says the word "right-a" in class. I think I got like 150 once.
