Disappointed in the teacher. Received 1/4 papers back when we were told we were able to rewrite and only give us a week to rewrite. Biggest regret taking this class.

Honestly took this class cause I needed it as a requirement. But she is the WORST English professor Ive ever had. We had 2 days left and couldnt return any paper weve submitted. On top of that our presentation we were given she didnt put the correct page number. WORST TEACHER if youre a visual person.

Shes a nice lady but she talks a lot. Definitely not an easy A. She does give you feedback and lest your rewrite papers. Other than that shes eh. Theres usually around 4 to 5 essays, one mid term and one final. One of the essays is part of the final. Make sure to read the books as well.

At first I was passing her class with an A. But then I started to notice and she was getting tougher and tougher with every little thing. Beware she is going to doc you off if you use Google docs because of the footers.

Her class was definitely not an easy A class. Your grade is mostly based on essays. There were a total of 5. I got A's on most of mine. Just follow the rubic and actually try. One midterm and one final. Both easy and the same format. Her class is kind of long and boring ,but she's a kind woman and tries her best. Beware: Very slow grader.

She talks FOREVER and usually off topic. She also gives so many papers on topics that are very confusing that I would rather clean my entire house than do them. Find a different teacher if you can.

Took Ms. Rose for 1a one day a week in the spring. Enjoyable class, got an A+ and didn't get anything less than an A on the papers. We did five papers for the semester,a midterm, some journals relating to the papers and a final. Three texts are absolutely required. Not saying she is an easy A, i know people who did bad. Many dropped halfway through

Ms Rose is an AMAZING professor ! She was my professor for English 1A during a summer semester and she made the class very enjoyable especially for a summer class! She truly loves her proession and it shows through the way she teaches and how passionate she is about making sure her students do well. She is very helpful and understanding as well!!!

Super easy A as long as you do the work and go to class. Easiest class I have taken at Delta only reason you can get a C or lower is if you are super lazy and want a good grade without doing anything.

Really enjoyed this class and loved the way Rose taught it. She's a stickler on attendance though other than that she's amazing. Highly recommend her.

She is easy going with homework. Her grading is very fair. She changes her class plans a lot but it does save you from having to do some homework. She is willing to help you after class and before class. She is really nice and a great teacher!

She was my english AP teacher for high school. dont expect to get any assinments back. she is very knowledgeable. but just ask her about her cows and how much she loves shakespear. That will finish up the rest of the class if you dont want to do anything. EASILY off on tangents most of the time. NICE lady. just not a great teacher :( Easy grade!!!

She's very nice and stays after to answer your questions. Although her syllabus is very detailed don't expect to follow it at all. She was a bit unclear with her expectations for essays which made them hard to write. You also don't get your work back, so you can not gauge how well you are doing and what you need to work on. Often goes off topic.

She's a bit of a mixed bag. She's really nice, and a good teacher. But she's a bit scatterbrained. We never got our assignments returned to us, and everything was pretty unorganized. But I'd take another class with her. I'll grade her about a C+ or maybe a B-
